OUTTA is committed to maintaining a safe environment for its users. OUTTA is strictly for adults aged 18 and over.
1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use OUTTA.
We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the platform.
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Exploitation
OUTTA has zero tolerance for:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Sexual content involving minors.
- Sexual solicitation of minors.
- Grooming or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
- Sharing, requesting, creating, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Using OUTTA to arrange sexual or exploitative interactions involving minors.
Any such activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.
3. Age & Identity Verification
OUTTA may use age and identity verification measures to help prevent minors from accessing the platform.
Providing false information about your age or identity is prohibited.
4. Reporting
If you believe a user is under 18 or you encounter suspected child exploitation or inappropriate activity involving a minor, report the account to OUTTA immediately.

When reporting, provide as much relevant information as possible. Do not download, save, forward, or otherwise redistribute suspected illegal content.
5. Action on Reports
OUTTA may:
- Restrict or suspend accounts while investigating reports.
- Remove content that violates this policy.
- Permanently terminate accounts involved in child-safety violations.
- Preserve relevant information where legally appropriate.
- Report suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse to relevant authorities or organizations where required or appropriate.
6. Community Responsibility
All OUTTA users are expected to help maintain a safe community. Do not attempt to investigate or confront suspected offenders yourself. Use OUTTA's reporting tools or contact the appropriate authorities when necessary.
7. Cooperation With Authorities
OUTTA may cooperate with law enforcement and relevant child-protection authorities in accordance with applicable law.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Child Safety Policy as our safety systems, legal requirements, and platform features evolve.
OUTTA is an 18+ platform. No exceptions.
