By creating an account or using OUTTA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use OUTTA.
1. About OUTTA
OUTTA is a social platform designed to help people discover plans, connect with others, and meet in the real world.
OUTTA facilitates connections between users but does not organize, host, supervise, or guarantee any meeting, activity, venue, or interaction between users.

You must be 18 years or older to use OUTTA.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account.
3. Your Account

- Use your real identity and genuine photographs.
- Maintain only one account unless expressly permitted by OUTTA.

- Not allow another person to use your account.

4. Plans & Requests
OUTTA allows users to create plans and send or receive requests.
Creating or responding to a plan does not guarantee that another user will accept, attend, or continue with the plan.
Users are responsible for communicating clearly and respecting changes or cancellations.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another user.
- Create fake or misleading profiles.
- Post false or deceptive plans.
- Engage in scams, fraud, or financial solicitation.
- Send spam or unwanted promotional content.
- Share another person's private information without permission.
- Use OUTTA for unlawful activities.
- Attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or exploit the platform.
- Use OUTTA in a way that makes another person feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
6. Safety
OUTTA is designed to facilitate real-world connections, but you are responsible for your own safety and decisions.
When meeting someone for the first time, we strongly recommend meeting in a public place, informing someone you trust about your plans, and using your own judgment.
OUTTA does not conduct or guarantee the safety, identity, intentions, or conduct of every user.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to OUTTA, including photos, profile information, and plan descriptions.
By uploading content, you grant OUTTA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, market, and provide the OUTTA service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
8. Paid Memberships & Purchases
Certain OUTTA features may require payment, including memberships, additional requests/credits, or premium features.
Prices and included benefits will be displayed before purchase.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by OUTTA, purchases are non-refundable.
Subscriptions may renew automatically where applicable. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the relevant app-store account or payment provider.
9. Premium Features
OUTTA may offer paid features such as additional request credits or special interactions.
These features are digital services and have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be subject to limits or expiration disclosed at the time of purchase.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or our rules.
- We believe your activity presents a safety or security risk.
- Your account is involved in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Your conduct negatively affects other users or OUTTA.
You may stop using OUTTA and request account deletion at any time through the available account settings or support channels.

The OUTTA name, logo, branding, software, design, content, and other materials provided by OUTTA are owned by or licensed to OUTTA and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.

OUTTA may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.
13. Disclaimer
OUTTA provides a platform for users to discover plans and connect with other users. We do not guarantee:
- That you will receive requests or matches.
- That a plan will take place.
- That another user will attend a plan.
- The identity, intentions, or conduct of another user.
- The availability or suitability of any venue, activity, or third-party service.
You use OUTTA at your own discretion and risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OUTTA and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other users.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
